I am a contractor and work far from home. My vehicle is very important to keep me working. While i wanted to get to work my radiator decided that it had done enough work and called it a day. I needed it fixed asap. I called Daryl and Jodie first thing Friday morning to seek assistance. The customer service was amazing. On the shortest of notice the team jumped into acton. Diagnosis and quote was prompt and professional. I recieved full safety check and breakdown of vehicle status including an email with photos highlighting faults found. Parts were shipped and my car was fixed as i was kept informed of all developments. The team worked well past their usual work hours for a Friday and went above and beyond to ensure i was back on the road. My Jeep Cherokee broke down on the intersection 100 m away from the Repco Service station and from the beginning the helped me out where ever they could. The found me a cheap towing service and on the next day told me the the timing belt slipped which already would be 3000 $ worth of repairs. On top of that he explained that the valves or the piston could be damaged. That's why I decided to scrap the car and Jodi allowed us to leave all our stuff at the shop and also got us a really good deal with a scrapyard. They also offered us a pre purchase inspection on a new car...They are really friendly and lovely people and try to help everywhere they can. And Darryl with his "A" Grade in mechanics is probably the most trustworthy mechanic in and around Gimpie or even Brisbane.I would always go back to them...

We gave Ultimate a call after some misfire issues on the highway. They went out of their way to make space for us in their schedule that same day, already unusual for mechanics. They stayed in contact with us all day and when all was said and done they only charged us for an hour of work. They were amazing all in all. Highly recommended.
