Many thanks to the fantastic team at Gympie Automatics and Auto Repairs. Recently arrived on their doorstep under RACQ breakdown roadside towing (ex Tin Can Bay). Stressful to say the least when the unexpected happens. Noel and Jade could not have been more supportive and obliging in assisting us. Felt listened to and confident that we were in good hands in terms of the overall communication and diagnostic process. (Experience shows!) Back up and running the following day. Great service great value for money. Highly recommended.

I was very upset with the service I got from Gympie Automatics. The service on my car was great and couldn't fault the technicians. The front office girl I believe her name was Jade on the other hand was extremely rude and arrogant. She not only spoke down to myself and my husband but also her general tone was rude and unwelcoming. This business would profit a great deal with out her.
Very poor service, myself my wife and my 2 toddlers broke down on my way passed Gympie yesterday,we managed to limp back to Gympie automatics we arrived at 16:30 and when I asked if they could help me change a rear uni joint on my Hilux they turned me away , I told them I would have to do it on the roadside with limited tools and two small children and the sun going down ,and they did not give a dam . YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMEDNot sure how you assumed that I wanted to fix my own vehicle that was never my intention if you had actually spoken to me instead of giving me the cold shoulder you might have established that .As for offering me assistance u drove passed when I was done the repair and asked if I want wheel chocks after I had been struggling on the roadside outside your workshop for half an hour great help thanks mate. All I can say is that god for Gympie bearings next door what a genuine bloke maybe you can take some customer service tips from him
