Excellent work and customer service from these guys. Looked after my young son without taking advantage of him, could have said the whole starter motor needing replacing costing substantially more than just the contacts. Great serviceI was looking for some relays the other day to fix a weird electrical problem I was having. I stopped in at Brisbane road auto electrics and explained the issue I was having, they sold me a 2 way switch for $20 that solved all of my problems. Thanks heaps guys.
Not good, went to these guys for a quote. Started to explain my problem when the youngest fellow there checked batteries for vaultage . Without going into to much detail these guys lured me in, they didn't have the right battery and tried to sell me a smaller and a very expensive replacement.I told them I'd do my homework and get back to him.To this he replied I'd need to speek with the boss and pay for what work has been done. Very cheecky move i tink.Anyway i tell boss that there was no mention of any inspection fees etc and he says pay up or ill call the police , i say fine you do that and ask for a pen and paper so i can leave my details and they wont give me a pen so i turn to go to my car to get a pen and hear one of the thugs "a litttle red haired red bearded person" yell grab his keys ! WHAT! LIKE HELL, so i run to my car and get the hell out of there..Absolutely ruined my day....
