Bad bad don't go there
Absolutely shocking. Debra is aggressive and lies to take bond money from tenants. Conflict and ego oriented. Terrible communicator and things have to be her way or no way. If your renting make sure that you get your bond form in first claiming it all back or she will use her knowledge of the system to rip you off by claiming all your bond even though she isn't entitled to it, and then you will have to pay to dispute it in court. When we were looking to buy a property John offered us a lift in his SUV to the property and during that time he constantly put down the owner of the property we went to see and then while we were there he kept touching my wife in inappropriate ways that made her feel uncomfortable and yet because we had come with him in his car we were somewhat at his mercy. I don't see why he cant keep his hands to himself and why he has to put down the owners of properties to potential buyers I don't know. I wouldn't want to have my property listed with them. Very unprofessional in both the rentals and sales section.Since I first did this review I have heard that they have hired Dorothy Palmer who is an excellent and ethical agent. I highly recommend her.
Disgusted , worst purchaser experience ! Disinterested , condescending , unprofessional sales staff more interested in their percentage than doing the work to earn it. Were not upfront about aspects of the property and when asked denied having any others of interest listed . (the classifieds showed otherwise).Straight answers were not the high point. Phone calls and emails left unanswered till the time suited them , generally we had to chase . So, , , unhelpful , rude , secretive and in general offensive from the start. Poor presentation from and unprofessional attitude of the salesman cost us the purchase while his willingness to perpetuate the lie was sleazy at best.
