Love shopping at Coles sometimes things are cheaper there than Aldis
I've never been to a store where the staff are so friendly. Especially Bill. If you find yourself at his register, you're bound to end up walking out of there with a smile on your face. All of the staff are helpful, and if they don't have an item you are after, they will most certainly do their best to get it in for you, or at the very least, suggest where you might find it. Hands down the best supermarket in town!
Always very good,last 2 times through self service check out,lady assisting with the Christmas cardboard pop ups does not have a pleasant attitude! not sure she really wants to be there???,will avoid the self service if she is there next time,customers dont have to put up with cranky employee's
In the past I've had people from Coles follow me around the store. When I try to make eye contact with them they pretend to be fixing up the shelves. I'm not sure if it's because they think I'm stealing from them or if they like how sexy I look. Seriously though this doesn't happen anymore but I have heard from friends of it happening to other customers. Apart from that its covenient as it's in the centre of town.
