Yes lately service has been rude.as they dont return left over bits of jewelry and if u ask for it back they want a life story..I been a customer there for years even buy the honey as well.But now I take my business else where..such a shame you guys use to be s friendly what happen?? Never mind.
I have never felt so belittled and annoyed after leaving a shop. I wanted to get my engagement ring resized, after family going here to get things resized I thought I would also. My ring was bought from Prouds, they had a 6-week wait for resizing so I thought I would avoid the wait as i wanted my ring back. The jeweler was so rude to me as soon as he knew it was from prouds, he spoke down to me and made me feel like walking out. I would have if he didn't already have my ring. He told me my ring was a costume/dress ring, not an engagement ring, that prouds should put more gold in their rings as the diamonds fall out, and that I should have got it resized at prouds cause I bought it from there (obviously I didn't cause its a engagement ring, you idiot) as well as a lot of other remarks degrading my ring. After all this, he decided he didn't want to resize them all and took one ring to resize. They rang me and I picked my ring up and it doesn't even fit correctly. What a waste of time! This is a very unprofessional way to run a business by feeling the need to run others down. I will never recommend or come back into the store again. Terrible, Horrible Customer Service !

Fixed my favourite watch! I'd been to many other jewellers and even the Casio specialist and they all couldn't do it! So I was amazed and over the moon when my watch was fixed here for only $25 thanks team, highly recommend anyone, lovely staff, beautiful store and just all-round good vibes.Cheers,
