Have to say, they have a fantastic group of people working there. Had shopped at the other large hardware store in gympie, they state they can't be beaten on price and friendly staff. Well they can, mitre 10 it's a pleasure going into your store. Thanks for the service and great people who work there
I had such a great experience here, after going into Bunnings and being sent from section to section with hardly any help I went into Miter 10 to see if id Have any luck. The lovely Peter dropped what he was doing and found me a fantastic alternative as they didnt have exactly what I needed. My air con now works perfectly. Very happy and will be shopping here from now on.
What else can I say but excellent. Rosie and Mitchell went above and beyond service. I had a Christmas decoration that I desperately wanted, but couldn't fine. So for 45 minutes they hunted that store high and low until they found. Then held it over night until I could make arrangements for hatchback. Went back next day to pick up and Rosie was just as helpful and polite. Both deserve a award for their customer service. I always get traffic service, but these 2 were outstanding. THANK YOU
