  Please beware of this medical center and the manager Brett Hall, he in no way acts reasonably when he is challenged with constructive advice. They are taking new patients but they cancelled my appointment twice. On the third time when they told me again on the phone the doctor is running over 30 minutes late and I was stressed because it meant I may not be able to see them, I tried to discuss this with them when I also arrived late (as I rushed to fit in what I may not have time for beforehand due to them running late , having cancelled on me the previous times). On arrival they could not see me. I thus explained why this is very frustrating and asked for the manager Brett Hall to explain this to. Brett agreed with me, but then suggested I go somewhere else. When I told him that I would prefer to be seen there but just hope that they can operate without so many disruptions to the bookings (having my appointment changed three times consecutively ) he insisted that I go elsewhere. I rang to re-book and politely explained that I apolgise if I have upset Brett in anyway by pointing out why I am frustrated by the changes to my booking yet he still insisted that I go elsewhere. I am so surprised by this manager Brett Hall's response to constructive advice that I have asked that he send a letter stating that he insists the solution to my being upset about having my appointment changed three times consecutively is to go elsewhere. He could not give me any reason why he would not see me except that his surgery will not service me. I will post the letter when it arrives. Please be aware of Brett Hall as he in no way acts reasonably when he is challenged with constructive advice.
