Please note, the one star is only because this review would not post without a star rating !!Having read many of the reviews on this site, I now feel even more RIPPED OFF !!!!The positive comments all said how wonderful and helpful the staff (Eric) on site was .....well he must have been on his monthlies yesterday as we did not speak with ANYONE who was either polite, friendly or hard working as the comments said !!! The bloke we (my wife and I) spoke with was nothing short of RUDE, (smart arse in fact), Too lazy to even get off his arse to speak to us, let alone come out to assist my wife when she went on though the laser wash ($20 ultimate wash) an hour earlier. There was not one single drop of water hit the underbody of the vehicle which was also still very dirty and had sand still in the wheel arches and side steps (and I mean significant amount of sand). He would not get up and look at the car, he was totally uninterested in the facts at all.After exiting the laser wash, my wife then pulled around into one of the self wash bays to try to find onsite staff or to find a phone number to call. She found neither !!!She then came and collected me in my lunch hour and we went back finding staff member tucked away in his little office at the back. He did not even stand to speak to us at an appropriate level. He then admitted that he had seen my wife and that she was not happy with the wash, saying that he had seen her pull into the bay but reckoned he didnt go out as he didnt know what she was looking for .....well sorry but isnt that what he should be doing to help customers!! My wife also walked around the back where his office is but he must of had the door shut as she could not find him, nor did she see the 1:5cm phone number written on the office door !!He (attendant) was incredibly rude and said that it didnt do the proper underbody wash as my wife had entered the car wash too fast ....!! My wife DID NOT enter fast / too fast unless youre going to get out and push the car through in gear with the hand break in you could not go much slower!! He reckoned that she had entered too fast and thats why the wash (upper car wash) started before she had stopped. (To me that seems to be a crazy statement as you would think it started before she stopped because she was going too slow ?????!!!!!????)My wife said she did not hear one single spray if water hit the underbody of the car and took photos under the car when it came out and these photos prove that it was bone dry !!!She also has photos of sand on top of the side steps and wheel arches!!!!Attendant, who admitted that he had just sat in his little office and watched my wife looking for him, just shrugged his shoulders and said Im not authorised to give refundsMy wife is furious and intends to go to consumer affairs if she does not get a refund AND an apology for that mans rudeness.!!Also the sign says $20 for the ultimate wash but charged me $20.50, if there was a credit card charge there was no notification of this charge that my wife saw !!!!!!!!!!!!!There were also plenty of negative comments on the site also, one with an identical issue to ours and others stating that their vehicles were not clean also.I await your reply
Clean water every time and great under chassis pressure wash
Having driven cars and used car washes in several parts of the world this one in my home City of Gympie would have to be the worst. Only use this place if your car is already clean ! There is no physical contact with the car and no attempt whatsoever to dry the car afterwards. A total waste of $15 , perhaps you think that this experience will encourage me to pay $25 next time. There is not going to be a 'next time' . A total rip-off .
I have paid for the full automatic wash three times now and each time the outcome has been the same- Im left with various bugs/dirt marks on the car. Front bumper mostly and side mirrors! :/
