Booked a car two weeks in advance, they failed to follow up so I had to contact them for paperwork. Everything went through but when I arrived, expecting to grab the car and head to work with half an hour to spare, they told me there were no cars available because they had overbooked and now I'm late to work by an hour. Absolutely pathetic, this is not how a business is run.
Staff friendly and helpful,however the car was not up to standard. A cardboard Coca Cola case flattened out for a mat in the drivers footwell. Not a good look!!! Car had apparently been hosed down but red dust seeping from under boot lid and doors. Detailer needs the sack. Peter
