Have been to Ford Gympie quite a few times and disappointed with experience, everything is such an effort. However last experience was smooth, staff friendly and very helpful
Dreadful customer service, contact non existent. All they did was check the availability of a part. When we went to collect our car to take it elsewhere we were charged a fee.
Due to unforeseen circumstances our ford Ranger was replaced under our insurance policy on an new for old if owned from new. This was great but Ford have let us down. Vehicle was collected last thursday of august now 18/10/18 and the suppliers of the fitted accessories have not seen a cent owed to them.. Come on guys this is a small town and all business ' are struggling. You were paid up front and have the money to pass on. Had I known what I know now I would have gone to another dealership.. Also whats with attaching rear non slip plates to bumper with plain rivets when vehicle and accessories are black. have you no pride in your work and thus yourselves.
These guys went above and beyond.Similar experience to Dubs Dubs' review below. We had an electrical problem with our Ranger on the first day of our Fraser Island holiday. Had it towed, free under warranty, to Action Ford.It was around midday on a Friday, which is always a pressure day for workshops, so we thought that our long weekend holiday was over. But the great team at Action Ford weren't going to let that happen. Within 20 minutes of arriving they had our car in the workshop, and after fixing the problem, and doing extensive testing to ensure that the vehicle wouldn't let us down again, they had it ready for us to drive back to Fraser.We made it back in time to catch the late afternoon barge and went on to have a great long weekend.Huge thumbs up to Action Ford!! Thanks guys!!
Was very happy with my experience!! Bought a car from them and have been having it serviced here, every body was lovely when I purchased my Everest. And I'm always greeted with a smile by Phil or Dan at the service department and my car is always lovely and clean when I pick it up. Couldn't be happier :)
