On a MTB trip northwards from the Gold Coast, I broke the XTR hanger on my Anthem while riding the nearby (and excellent) Victory Trails. I already had accommodation booked in Hervey Bay that night and though Dave Philips didn't have any XTR stuff in stock he called Shimano who confirmed they had stock. Dave suggested I order and pay through a bike shop in Hervey Bay which I did, and it was replaced there the next day. He was really, really helpful... Totaly nice guy; thoroughly recommended.
