Suncorp use to be a great bank when it was Metway. Now they are the pits! Closed it's branch at my local shopping centre - didn't even leave an ATM. When I contacted them to have a whinge, they told me where the ATMs were - in places where it's near impossible to get a car park or too far for this 70 yr old to walk. NOT HAPPY JAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Terrible. Scumbags. Charges just to withdraw your OWN moneyThey want your business but dont want to provide any branches or ATMs.
No human service. If the automatic machine is out of order.... tough luck! Where do I send the invoice for my time wasted trying to do my business banking and getting no service! Time to close my accounts with this so called bank!
