Usually my family stops by here for their homemade food and friendly service. Although this time, I had ordered the salmon fillet and Portugese burger. Both the salmon and chicken breast were burnt. The bun was stale and the salad inside was not at all fresh. We also ordered an $8 garden salad (overpriced) which just had saggy leaves and was extremely dry; could have at least added some lemon for flavour. Basically the food was inedible.

Visiting in Gympie and this cafe looked lovely. Ordered chai latte and an Apple turnover. Staff member was lovely, friendly and didnt wait long for my order which was very nice. I then ordered a pulled pork roll (comes with coleslaw) with lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumber to take to my husband who was doing a training course. Very very disappointed! Roll was pretty much all bread. There was only the smallest amount of filling and no cucumber or onion unless onion was in the coleslaw. Very poor and I wouldnt order it again and dont recommend it. Unfortunately I didnt realised till I took it to my husband otherwise Id have given it back and got a refund

Yes this is a good place to have lunch but in my opinion it is a bit expensive but they do have good cakes that you can order and they do have a good chef that makes the cakes as well I would highly recommend them as a cake place and a dessert place
